SourceGas Launches Third Year of Hearts Warming Homes With $25,000 Donation For many Arkansans, living paycheck-to-paycheck is the only option. For those living on the edge of poverty or on a fixed income, winter heating costs alone can present significant financial hurdles. Once again, SourceGas and The Salvation Army are teaming up to help those in need with the annual Hearts Warming Homes campaign. The organizations celebrated a record $42,000 raised to help individuals and families during the last winter season.
November 1, 2006SourceGas Company Files Downward Revision to Cost of Gas Adjustment
SourceGas filed today a revised winter season cost of natural gas (COG) adjustment with the Arkansas Public Service Commission. The revised COG filing reduces the cost of gas adjustment to $0.847349 per Ccf, compared to $1.194186 per Ccf going into last winter, a 29% reduction.

April 3, 2006SourceGas Files Summer Season Cost of Gas Adjustment
On Friday March 31, 2006, SourceGas filed with the Arkansas Public Service Commission its scheduled summer season cost of natural gas adjustment. The adjustment will reduce the cost of gas on customer bills from $0.961680 per Ccf (100 cubic feet) to $0.797432 per Ccf, a reduction of $0.164248 per Ccf, or 17 percent. This cost of gas will remain in effect from April 1, 2006 through October 31, 2006, unless extremely large changes in the market price occur.
January 25, 2006SourceGas Files Unscheduled Winter Season Cost of Gas Adjustment
SourceGas today filed with the Arkansas Public Service Commission an unscheduled winter season cost of natural gas adjustment. The adjustment will reduce the cost of gas on customer bills from $1.194186 per Ccf (100 cubic feet) to $0.961680 per Ccf, a reduction of $0.232506 per Ccf, approximately 19.5 percent. For average residential customers the reduction will result in a decrease in February bills of $30.23 and in March a decrease of $21.86. The cost of gas AWG filed will be in effect from Feb. 1, 2006, through March 31, 2006.
